Why these policies?

The following policies are in place to protect the clients that abide by scheduled appointment times. Out of respect for them, we run as closely to the scheduled service times as possible and expect you to respect that as well.

Within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, appointments can not be changed online. Please reach out to us directly in the case of a short-notice cancellation. Fees may apply for last minute cancellation/reschedule.

Eyebrow Treatment

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before scheduled time to avoid cancellation fee.

Please cancel directly through the booking site, at the link provided in your text message 24 hours or more before your appointment.

Any PMU cancellation will forfeit the $50 deposit taken at time of booking (reschedules allowed with minimum of 24 hr notice). All other services are subject to fee of 50% of the booked service if cancelled OR rescheduled with less than 24 hr notice.

Late Policy

Arrival 10 or more minutes past scheduled appointment time may be considered a cancelled appointment because the service can not be completed within the time left in the scheduled appointment.

Late clients that cannot be accommodated will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price via venmo, zelle or credit/debit card on file.

No Show Policy

All no shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.

 

In order to rebook after a no show, client must pay for service in full at time of booking to be confirmed.
